Originally from the North Island of New Zealand, Larissa brings a sophisticated intelligence of the real estate scene, specialising in the Collingwood locale.
Larissa managed the successful lease ups at both the Atelier and ES Smith projects in Collingwood, achieving suburb defining returns, with customer satisfaction at the heart of everything she does. Larissa also manages four existing projects at 28 Stanley Street and the Mason, Foy and Gibson developments at 50, 60 and 70 Stanley Street, Collingwood.
